Portfolio and history

Your account value, margin, balances, positions, open orders and recent trades in one read-only view.

On this page

Once you have linked a trading account, the Portfolio and History pages in the sidebar fill in. The same account panels also appear next to the options chain and the perp chart. Until you link, they show a prompt instead.

Account summary#

Four tiles sit at the top of the Portfolio page. If you have more than one sub-account, Detion adds up the first six.

TileMeaning
Account ValueThe total value of your account at current marks.
Initial MarginThe margin currently required to hold your positions and open orders.
Maintenance MarginThe minimum margin required to keep your positions open. If your account value falls below it, positions can be liquidated.
Unrealized PnLProfit or loss on open positions, not yet realised. Green when positive, red when negative.

Account panels#

Four tabs switch the table below the summary.

TabColumns
BalancesAsset, Amount, Value. Empty when no collateral is deposited.
PositionsInstrument, Size, Avg Price, Mark, Unrealized PnL, Delta. Long sizes are green and short sizes red.
OrdersInstrument, Side, Price, Size, Filled, Status. These are your open orders.
GreeksNet Delta, Net Gamma, Net Theta and Net Vega, summed across your positions.

The panels refresh about every seven seconds while the account is linked.

Trade history#

The History page lists your most recent trades, up to 50 of them: Time, Instrument, Side, Price, Size, Fee and Realized PnL. Times are shown in your local time zone. Choose Refresh to reload.

Using your account elsewhere#

  • The ticket's Buying Power and Leverage read from your account summary. See Order ticket.
  • The options chain can show a Position column. Turn it on from the column picker in Display settings.
